Trial will be held Indoor on dirt Dogs are required to have a Barn Hunt Registration number to show in Barn Hunt. Register your dog online at: Allow at least 48 hours to receive your Barn Hunt number.

Please stay within marked designated areas. FLEXI LEASHES ARE NOT PERMITTED on the trial site. All dogs must be on a short leash and under control while on trial grounds except while showing. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in marked containers outside the buildings. The dog potty area is clearly marked so please respect the landowner's landscaping. There is one bathroom on site for use. Crates/Gear. Bring weather appropriate gear. These trials will be held indoors in unheated Greenhouses which can be affected by the outside temperature. Limited amount of crating space is available indoors. Your crates must be secure. Excessively noisy dogs will need to be moved to your vehicle. Bitches in season are eligible for entry but will be required to be kept separate from all other dogs and run at the end of their class/trial. Entry fees for bitches that come into season will be refunded until closing time of the trial if you wish to withdraw. After the trial closes, entry fees will not be refunded. If bringing a bitch in season, please inform the trial committee prior to the trial and all exhibitors at the judge s briefing.

3 RUNNING ORDER: Dogs will be run in height order with dogs being handled by the same person separated into different staged groups. Saturday: Trial 1: Instinct begins at 8 AM, Master at 8:00 AM Trial 1 (Ring 1-Judge Marian Shaw) Instinct, Open Trial 1 (Ring 2-Judge Sharon Yon) Master, Senior, Novice Will follow Trial 1 Trial 2 (Ring 1-Judge Marian Shaw) Novice, Senior Trial 2 (Ring 2-Judge Sharon Yon) Open, and Master Sunday: Trial 3: Instinct begins at 8 AM, Master at 8:00 AM Trial 3 (Ring 1- Judge Sharon Yon) Instinct, Open Trial 3 (Ring 2- Judge Marian Shaw) Master, Senior, Novice Will follow Trial 3 Trial 4 (Ring 1- Judge Sharon Yon) Novice, Senior Trial 4 (Ring 2- Judge Marian Shaw) Open, and Master Trial 2 & 4 judging times will be sent once entries have closed. AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded for all qualifiers in the regular classes and the Instinct Test. Ribbons will be awarded for first through fourth place in Novice, Open, Senior & Master classes in each height division. A limited number of new title ribbons will also be available Entry Fees: $15 Instinct (offered the first trial of each day) $20 Novice, Open, Senior and Master No refunds after pre-closing date except for injured dogs with vet proof. Admin. fee of $10 per dog will be applied to all refunds. Dogs may enter both the Instinct Test and Novice class in the same trial until the dog has earned the RATN title and then they cannot enter the Instinct Test. Move-ups will be accepted until the start of each trial. You must sign a move-up form at the Secretary's table. All entries require accompanying entry fees and a BHA number to be valid. Incorrect BHA numbers and/or incomplete forms void the entry. A returned check voids an entry. There will be a $50 fee for returned checks. No refunds after March 12 unless event is cancelled, Dogs dismissed or handlers disqualified during event will not receive refunds. No entries will be taken over the phone or electronically. Directions to show site: For GPS may need to put in Washington Township From the north: NJ Turnpike to exit 8, Take the exit for Route 33 West (Hightstown).Follow Route 33 West it will merge with Route 130 South. Once on route 130 South go to the 3rd Traffic light, Making a left on Windsor Rd. (Right Turn is church St.) Log Cabin is on the right after the Corn Fields. From the south: 295 North to 130 N. Turn right onto Windsor Rd. (the left turn is Church Street). From 195: Exit 5, Rte 130 N. Turn right onto Windsor Rd. Log Cabin is on the right after the Corn Fields. From the East: Rte 32 or 33 to Rte 130 (From 33 you can do Mercer St. to 130) From: Route 539 North to Make left on Sharon Rd, make a right on Windsor Rd. Follow approx 1 1/2 miles house is on the Log Home on the Left.

In consideration of the acceptance of this and the opportunity to train my dog(s), I (we) agree to hold Barn Hunt Association, LLC, Columbia Canine Sports Center, and all associates harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog or dogs while in or upon the premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for such claim, and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for damage or injury to the dog or myself, either physically or mentally, whether such loss, disappearance, theft, damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by negligence while in or upon the premises of the Barn Hunt grounds. The terms of this agreement bind the parties for the current period of training, and all subsequent classes/training/events in which they hereafter participate.
