Your answers are used by the homeopathic vet, along with the laboratory results, in deciding the most appropriate homeopathic treatment for your cat. Do not worry if you do not know the answers to every question - just write don t know. We appreciate that some of the questions call for a subjective judgement, but please do not guess at an answer if you are not sure. No information is better than wrong information!
