3 Start off in Easy Pose in the center of your Yoga Mat. As you sing, start to rotate your body at the hips, doing wide circles in both first left, then right. The wheels on the bus go round and round Round and round, round and round The wheels on the bus go round and round All day long.

4 Now move into Mountain Pose, standing tall in the center of your Yoga mat with your hands on your belly. On each BEEP, forcefully exhale the air out the mouth, forcing the stomach muscles to contract. The horn on the bus goes "Beep, beep, beep Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep" The horn on the bus goes

5 Still in Mountain Pose, have your students extend their arms overhead, on each SWISH, have the students bend deeply from side-to-side. The wipers on the bus go "Swish, swish, swish, Swish, swish, swish, swish, swish, swish" The wipers on the bus go "Swish, swish, swish" All Day Long

6 Sit in Hero s pose. Posture through Lion s Pose, opening the eyes wide, and sticking out the tongue. The Signals on the bus go blink, blink, blink blink, blink, blink, blink, blink, blink The Signals on the bus go blink, blink, blink All Day long

7 Now, move down into Table Pose, with your wrists stacked under your shoulders, and your knees under your hips. Gently flow through leg/arm extensions. The motor on the bus go zoom, zoom, zoom zoom, zoom, zoom zoom, zoom, zoom The motor on the bus go zoom, zoom, zoom All Day long

8 Now go to Easy Pose, and bring your feet together in front of your lap, entering into Butterfly Pose. With each open and shut, open and close the Butterfly s wings. The door on the bus goes open and shut Open and shut, open and shut The door on the bus goes open and shut All Day Long.

9 Students now start wide-legged in the center of the mat. With each call to Pete, students sweep their arms wide over their heads into Triangle Pose. Alternate sides with each call, and take it nice and slow. The kitties on the bus say, Come on, Pete!, Come on Pete, Come on, Pete! The Kitties on the bus say Come on, Pete! All day long.

10 For this posture, Crescent Lunge with a backbend, alternating sides each time the words Move on Back are said. The Drive on the bus says, Move on back! Move on back! Move on Back! The driver on the bus says, MOVE ON BACK! All day long.

11 For this action, proceed with a Forward Fold flow up and down. The back of the bus bumps up and down, up and down, up and down. The back of the bus bumps up and down all day long.

12 Get into Table Pose with your hands stacked under your shoulders, and your hands under your hips. Bringing your belly down to the mat, sink into Cow Pose calling to Pete, then suck in your belly, bring the upper part of your back to the sky, tucking in your tailbone, become a Cat. The kitties on the bus go Pete the CAT! Pete the Cat, Pete the Cat. The kitties on the bus go Pete the Cat all day long.

13 Bend forward, and plant your hands firmly on the mat, pushing your hips and bum skyward, and moving into Downward Dog. The dog on the bus goes woof woof woof, woof woof woof, woof woof woof. The dog on the bus goes woof woof woof all day long.

14 Standing tall, bend one leg in, and grab the inner arch of your foot, and extend the leg like it was a guitar. START TO PLAY YOUR LEG GUITAR! The cats on the bus shout, Let s rock out! Lets rock out! Let s rock out! The cats on the bus shout Let s rock out! all day long.

15 As you say round and round, sit so that you are in the edge of the Yoga Mat, and begin to Roll into mat, like a burrito. End the story say ALL DAY LONG loudly. The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round. The wheels on the bus go round and round, all day long, ALL DAY LONG.
