Programming meeting is helping with the end of semester meeting party VP of Administration: Nothing to report VP of Public Relations: Nothing to report Treasurer: Nothing to report NCC & NCCIT: Conference is coming up! The video was attached to the . Also, creating an RHA banner to represent our school at the conference. Secretary: Nothing to report Business: Honors RA: 11/1-9/24: Sreya is doing a canned food drive 11/11: Condom Blowup Contest 11/6: Prioritizing at the end of the semester for finals Honors Hall Council: Not present at meeting Might have representatives from each floor on hall council Will be collaborating with Honors RA for potluck dinner for Thanksgiving Cypress RA: 11/12: Battle of the Sexes at 8:30 PM 11/20: Let s make Chemistry - Chemistry Study Session 11/23: Around the world in 7 dishes Cypress Hall Council: Not present at meeting Doing a lot of work

Oak RA: Game night sometime next week 11/13: Don t stress -- Kick something! - Kickboxing class Oak Hall Council: Didn t have general body meeting yet Trying to do stuff individually as other people on hall council don t have the time to meet due to co-ops and work. Greek RA: Nothing currently planned Greek Hall Council: Nothing currently planned Physical Plant:

3 Concern: During Resident Appreciation week, some residents in Honors 6th floor did not get issues fixed Concern: No way to tell if the issue is fixed. For instance, if the light was broken but it was fixed, we wouldn t know until we turned the light on. Suggestion: Leave a note? Let resident know that the issue was addressed. Some halls have issues with elevators ex. Redwood elevator has been down for the last week or so. Water in Cypress suddenly becomes cold Also, in 3rd floor, experiencing the same temperature fluctuations Karen: Put a maintenance request Might be due to water pressure when someone flushes a toilet 6th floor Honors Lobby water fountain is very weak Cable in room still not working after Cablevision/Optimum looked into it. Resident put in 3-4 follow-up requests Ethernet cable stopped working after freshmen registration In Laurel, showerhead is clogged Maintenance hasn t responded to follow-up Send if nothing is being done Physical plant: We notify the elevator company. After that, it s up to them to show up and actually fix the issue. If requests are not being solved, come to our building and talk to someone! Comment: Mattress replacement at the Greek Village was really quick! Comment: One of the main maintenance guys in Honors is great! Maintenance Blitz went well in Oak! Staff is really nice! Roof leaks on the 8th floor of Cypress during rain Roof also leaks on the 6th floor of Honors during rain Comment: Quick response to a clogged and overflowing toilet in Oak Concern: After they cleaned it up, they removed the fan, so the room became smelly. Public Safety: If you see something, say something! Elevators nearest to Laurel in the parking deck has a light that is completely off. When facing the elevator, it is the one on the left. Very creepy and unsettling at night Comment: Domestic violence workshop this past Wednesday was great!

4 Gourmet Dining Service: Apple pies are coming! Mediterranean Bar is coming next week Heard comments that the food is getting a little repetitive Comment: Mentioned almond milk in last week s meeting and the next day, it was added, which is great. Mac n Cheese station was great! Suggestion: Bigger variety of fruit? Such as a fruit of the month. Suggestion: More milk in the village market and more quart sized milk containers. Sandwiches should have a loaf of gluten-free bread in Continuous Dining In C Store, ran out of cream cheese for bagels. The employee working at the time said they frequently ran out of it. Suggestion: The addition of full-sized cereal boxes? Suggestion: Add labels on cakes? ex. Got coconut cake when I expected vanilla cake Wok it up Hot plate stops working This happens because it gets dirty Last Saturday, the honey mustard chicken was great!! Concern: If I forget my ID, can I tell them my number on the ID? No, because that would be a security breach At the grill, sometimes they forget that you wanted chicken tenders for like, 15 minutes and continue flipping burgers or talking to each other One of the grill guys is fantastic! Attentive & great GDS: All employees will have name tags by next Friday Yesterday morning, there were no eggs and was told by one of the workers there that there were no more eggs. Comment: Starbucks/Tech Cafe workers are really nice when dealing with cranky people. At the grill, when the burger is done, the employees talk to each other and the burger becomes burned. Also, in the village market, they talk about their plans for the night Forks keep running out GDS just ordered a thousand of each utensil One of the workers in Continuous Dining is really nice and provides gluten-free food when asked for

5 Three weeks ago on Friday at around 12 PM, there was a scene and all the doors to food places were closed. There was a scene and the involved parties were dealt with appropriately. Pepper and salt shakers are being stolen Celebrity chef? Still in the process. What happened to Secret Shopper? Still trying to get it through General Information: Meeting was adjourned at 12:49 PM.
