2 SHOW HALL: Golden Nugget Center Thatcher Drive East Moose Jaw, SK. There is a concession on site thus no outside food is permitted at the venue. CHECK IN/HOURS: Check in for Saturday session is from 7:30 am to 8:00 am. Judging begins at 8:30 am. Check in for Sunday session is from 7:30 am to 8:00 am. Judging begins at 8:30 am. Advertised show hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is a non-vetted show. All cats must be checked in through the show committee. Be advised that all entries must be inoculated for enteritis, rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies, given at least two weeks prior to the show. All claws must be trimmed. Kittens must be at least four months old to be in the show hall. RULES: The show will be conducted according to ACFA Show Rules, a copy of which is available from the ACFA Central Office, P.O. Box 1949, Nixa MO All cats must be accompanied by the owner or designated agent. NOTE: All Bengals, Korats, Pixiebobs and all cats shown in the NBC Class must have an ACFA registration Number. LIABILITY: Although Prairie Feline Fanciers takes every possible care, neither they nor the Show Management can be held liable for the loss of property or accident to the cats or exhibitors AWARDS: Awards will be presented in all rings as specified by ACFA show rules. Permanent flats will be used for class and breed wins. Registered cats with their number in the catalog will be scored for ACFA Regional and Inter-American awards. Call ACFA today to register your cats (417) TRANFERS: Transfers for the show on Sunday must be made with the Master Clerk before the start of the show on Sunday. All championship entries should be registered before the show. Novice exhibitors: If your cat wins enough points on Saturday, you may need to make a transfer. We will be happy to help you. NOVICE EXHIBITORS: Bring grooming aids and curtains or towels for the cages, which are about 22 deep, 54 wide and 22 high LITTER: Litter will be furnished as donated. Litter pans will not be provided. HOUSEHOLD PETS (HHP): Household pets will be judged in all rings. Kittens will be judged with adults in all rings. Please indicate if your HHP is long or short haired. Per show rules, HHP kittens, 4 months to 8 months of age, may be altered or unaltered. Adults, 8 months and older, must be altered. SALES: Minimum price for cat/kitten is $196 cdn (approximately $150 usd). No cats/kittens may be sold from carriers, under tables, or from cars in the parking lot. No exceptions, so please purchase a sale cage from the club. All Kittens/Cats for sale must have their litter registration, proof of vaccinations, and be a minimum of 4 months old. CLERKS & STEWARDS: We pay licensed clerks according to ACFA Show Rules, non licensed clerks $70 cdn (approximately $54/day usd). Stewards are paid $20/day cdn (approximately $15/day usd). Please indicate on your entry form if you would be willing to clerk or steward. Submit entry forms and fees for all cats. We will notify you if you are needed to clerk or steward. You will be paid after the Show. Lunch and beverages will also be provided. We need and appreciate your help and support. ADVERTISING: Please consider advertising in our show catalog or being a sponsor. Advertising rates are as follows: Full page Ad $50 cdn (approximately $38 usd) All ads must be camera ready and will be in black and white. Sponsorship levels are as follows: Corporate Sponsorship any sponsorship over $1,000 cdn (approximately $765 usd). - entitles the sponsor to a full page ad in the show catalogue, a ring side banner, a banner at entrance, and the sponsors name in spectator guide. Ring Sponsorship $150 cdn (approximately $115 usd) - entitles the sponsor to ring side banner and the sponsors name in the show catalog.
