Many thanks to Julie and the Committee for this very kind invite to the Three Counties Show. A friendly show and I was ably helped again by Cath Walter, who so ably stewarded for me. Many thanks Cath and I do hope we can work together soon. GRAND CLASS AC BURMESE CHAMPION ADULT FEMALE I GR CC BONE S CH SYKRIS CHINA LADY BUR n F Of small size but excellent type, this young lady was more impressive. I was particularly taken with the head type which showed excellent ears of good size shape and setting. They did not dominate the head; were neat and set well apart. The eyes were of excellent shape and size with lovely rounding to the bottom lid and with a lovely curve to the upper lid to the tear duct as required for good, typical Burmese eyes. They were in a yellowy chartreuse with a green rim. A very good nose break. The bite was good and level. The muzzle was short and blunt. The chin was most acceptable. The body was firm and so well muscled. The legs were well boned and muscled and gave balance to the body. The feet were spoon-shaped and neat. The tail was of good length and tapered well. The coat was of excellent quality being short and fine and close lying. Presented so well for the show. Congratulations. RES GR CC MARRIOTT-POWER AND MARRIOTT S CH RUMBA XQUISITE LADY BUR j F This girl ran the winner close and there was little to choose between them. Again a lovely head and most typical. She had a good ear set of medium/ small size with lovely shape with good width at the base and well set apart. The eyes were very good indeed with a super rounding to the bottom line and a curve to the upper giving the most desirable Burmese look. They were slightly more greeny chartreuse than the winner. The nose break was good with a level nose leading to a chin of acceptable depth. The body was firm and well muscled. The legs were of good length and firm and ended in neat, trim paws. The tail was good for length and tapered so well. The coat was a typical tortie coat and though short and close lying did not quite have the sheen of the winner though, as mentioned, she did come close. Impressive and could easily have been the winner. Congratulations. GRAND CLASS - AC BURMESE PREMIER NEUTER FEMALE 1 GR PR SIMPSON S PR KYMIAN ROMANY-ROSE BUR e FN This was a smaller but well typed girl with an impressive head of quality. A good ear set with good space with a gently rounded dome between. They sat on the head so well and showed a good width at the base. The eyes were very striking and typically Burmese with an excellent rounding to the bottom lid and with a curve to the tear duct as required. The eyes were in a greeny chartreuse. The nose break was good with a straight nose. The bite was even and good and the chin of pleasing depth. The muzzle was of good width and depth. The body was firm and had good muscle tone. The legs were muscled and well boned with good length and stance. The feet were spoon-shaped and gave good balance. The tail was of good length and balanced the body well. The coat had a clear, overall cream appearance with just a few smudge on the rear legs and even tinier on the front legs. The coat was close lying and fine. Prepared well for the show. Well done!

ASIAN SELF/TORTIE (INC BOMBAY ) ADULT 1 C C and BOB DEWHURST S SKAMPAWS MARC ANTONI ASH b M Overall this was a rather nice Bombay who though he just qualified for the show he had good size. He had ears of good medium size which were well placed apart on the head with good width at the base. The eyes were of good shape with lovely rounding to the bottom lid and so well curved on the upper lid to give the desirable look. They were set well apart in a yellow colour. For perfection, I would have liked the head to be just a little wider but he is still young and yet to mature into a full adult. The nose break was good, the nose straight and the bite good. The body was firm and showed good muscle tone developing. The coat had a lovely dark black lustre with a very attractive sheen being fine and close lying. The legs were of good length and well boned and muscled ending in neat trim spoon-shaped feet. Prepared well for the show and deserving of his PC. ASIAN TABBY ADULT BOB MANSARAY S IGR CH IRREP TICKED-OFF ASH n 25 m A very attractive young Asian Tabby whose most impressive feature for me was the quality of his ticked coat and his body of substance which sadly is not often seen. An excellent top of head with ears so well set on the head and with good space between them. The top of head had a pleasing gentle rounding as required. The eyes were most typical and Burmese in shape with lovely rounding to the bottom lid and with a lovely curve to the upper lid. The eyes were on a lovely green with some depth. The nose break was good and the bite was even. For perfection I would have liked the chin to be a little deeper and the wedge to be firmer but both were more than acceptable. The coat on this boy was impressive with such quality to the ticking. It was even and the coat lay very close to the body and had an excellent sheen. Turned out well for the show. Congratulations. BENGAL SNOW SPOTTED ADULT 1 C C AND BOB LERWELL S SILVERGLAM BUBLE BEN n M A youngster finding his feet with good overall type and coat pattern. A good head with no sharp angles and a good balance of length over width and with a rounding to the muzzle as required. The ears sat well on the top. The eyes were quite rounded as required and of good size. The profile showed a pleasing concave depth. The bite was good and the chin had pleasing depth but receded a little. The coat had a very good texture with some resilience giving a pelt-like quality. The definition of the rosetting was very good and showed good contrast with the base coat. There was good patterning on the head with mascara lines and chin straps and a complex m. The legs were striped as was the tail. A good stature and poise made this a quality boy. Presented well for the show. CONSIDERED FOR BOB O NEILL S CH SPOTTICATZ SCARAMOUCH BEN n 24 M Another boy clearly more mature and still showing quality at five year of age. The head was good with a good width

between the well set ears which were as much on the sides as on top. They carried the sides of the head well and certainly did not dominate.the eyes were a little too rounded and bolder than I would have preferred. They were in a clear blue. There was a good concave dip in the nose profile. The muzzle showed a pleasing rounding. The chin was of good depth. The spotting on the coat was well defined with some clear arrow heads. He was quite impressive and presented well for the show. SPHYNX KITTEN FEMALE 1 LEWIS SPHNYX BEAUTY IMPRESS OF BLANCANIEVES SPH G F An attractive female Sphynx with a good top of head with that required flatter area above the eyes and well wrinkled. There was excellent width between the eyes which were typically well shaped being large and oval in shape. The ears of excellent size and were well set on the head. They showed a good flaring starting at the corner of the eye and going well up to be of large size and open. The chin was of pleasing depth. The muzzle showed a well defined muzzle The body was firm and the rump was well rounded and muscled. The legs were slim and trim and the feet were well padded. The tail was slim and without any defect and of good length. There was no longer down on the outer feet and it was restricted to the nose, behind the ears and the rear. There was a light down over the body. Presented well for the show. 2 MACDONNELL S PHILOKALIA CHEEKTOCHEEK SPH n 03 f A good head overall with ears of good size and flaring starting out as required from the outer edge of the eye. There was a good flatter area above the eyes. The eyes were of good shape and size and were set well apart. The dip in profile was very good and the chin was of good depth with a good bite. The muzzle did lack a certain definition to it and for perfection I would have like a little more. The body was firm and she showed good muscle tone. The legs were slim and muscled and ended in good paws with cushioned pads. The muzzle was less defined than I would have required. The longer down was in the correct places and the outer legs were clear. Presented well for the show. ASIAN TIFFANIE NEUTER MALE 1 PC AND BOB POWER S SKAMPAWS PRINCE ALI ALH a MN A young man of good size and type though for perfection I would have liked a little more Ruff though seasonally that could be understandable. He was of good Burmese type which is a good accolade for any Tiffanie. He possessed a very good ear set which was well set on the head and of medium/small size not in anyway dominating the head. There was good gentle rounding between the ears as required. The eyes were of excellent shape and typically Burmese in shape being lustrous and appealing without being too large. The nose break was good and the nose straight. The muzzle was good and balanced and the chin of pleasing depth. The body was firm and the coat was of medium length and lay well to the body not having an undercoat. The legs were very acceptable though the paws were more rounded than spoonshaped. The tail had some pluming. He was well prepared for the show and an added bonus was a lovely temperature and nature.

ALSO CONSIDERED FOR BOB BEALES AND BEALES GR CH AN PR TEINAGE FEMME FATALE ALH fs 11 FN Here was another Tiffanie with a wonderful temperament. She did show herself so well. A good type with well set ears which were of good size. There was a gentle rounding on the top of the head. The eyes were of good shape and size and there was a good nose break. The muzzle was very short and the chin was of acceptable depth with a good bite. The body was firm and well muscled and mature as one would expect for a girl of this age. The muscle tone was good. The body was well balanced. The legs were muscled and ended in neat, if slightly rounded paws. The tail was good for length and balance and was plumed. The coat overall was a pleasing texture but it was a little thicker than I would have liked. Shown and prepared well. ASIAN SMOKE OR BURMILLA NEUTER BOB COVELL-PALMER GR PR GARES SILVER SEAMIST ASH bs MN An attractive Asian of good type and so nicely balanced. A good ear set showing good placement with good space between with a gently rounded top of head. The nose break was quite shallow and I would have liked it with a little more depth and the nose was straight. The eyes were of good shape and quite typical being of good size and shape. The chin was of good depth. The muzzle was of good shape for width and depth. The body had a good muscle tone to it. The coat was short and tight with a good clear silver undercoat and mantle of chocolate. The legs were of good length and were slim ending in neat, trim, spoon-shaped paws. Presented well and deserving of this BOB. Presented well for the show. ASIAN TABBY NEUTER BOB COTTIE S PR TAWANDA RANDY MAMOLA ASH d MN A good typed male neuter who had balance and poise. A good head and of the two in the class certainly impressed with ears well placed and of medium/ small size with pleasing forward tilt. There was good width between them. The top of head had a gentle rounding. The eyes were typical and were of good size and typically had a very good rounding to the bottom lid and with a pleasing curve to the upper lid. The nose break was good and the nose straight. The red ticking was of good quality and was most obvious and clear across the coat. It was of excellent quality. The body was firm and well muscled. The legs were of good shape and size and ended in neat trim spoon-shaped paws. The tail had good length and gave good balance to the body. Presented well for the show. ALSO CONSIDERED BEALE AND BEALE S IGR CH AND GR PR TEIGNAGE PAPARAZZI ASH as 25 MN Running the winner quite close and of overall good type of good size and balance. A good head with very good ears for size and balance. The eyes were very good for size and shape.

The nose break was good and the nose straight. The muzzle was good for width and breadth. The bite was good and the chin of good depth. The body was well muscled and the body tone good. The legs were muscled and of good length and the paws were of good shape. The tail was good for length and balance. The coat showed less ticking as the silver reduced its impact on the flanks though the full expression blue coloured was confirmed by the darker spine line where the ticking was more obvious. Presented well for the show. 1 PC AND BOB RICHARD AND RICHARDS TONKAHOLICS ZIZZYSTAR- DUST TOS d 33 FN I was impressed by this girl who for me exhibited all the characteristics that make for a quality Tonkinese. She had a lovely balanced head with that super equilateral head shape distinctive of the breed. The eyes were in s a super mid blue and of excellent shape with a gentle wedge and dip in profile that the standard requires. The body had good muscle tone. The legs were of good length and well-muscled ending in nicely shaped feet. The tail gave balance to the body and tapered nicely. The coat had a typical Tonkinese Colourpoint Pattern with a pale Tangerine on the body with distinctive darkening to the points confirming her pattern. A very stylish girl who should do so well in the shows. Presented so well in shows and I look forward to seeing her again. BENGAL SNOW SPOTTED NEUTER BOB LEE S CH. AND PR TONLEE RAJSARICA MIA FARROW BEN n FN An attractive female and well named. She presented well. The head balance was acceptable though for perfection I would have liked a little more length to the head to give the correct balance of length over width. The ears were well set on the head, not dominating and place as much to the sides. The dip in profile was almost a little too strong overall.the body was firm and showed good muscle tone. The legs were strong, muscled and appropriate for her sex and the feet were rounded as required. The tail gave overall balance and tapered well, just needing a little more thickness at the base of the tail. The pattern was very acceptable and the contrast between the pattern and the base coat was good as was the definition. There was some elongation of the spotting but spots were generally well randomised. Very cooperative. Deserving of the BOB today. Well presented BLUE BURMESE ADULT I CC BANDITO V SILVAN BUR a M A very good looking Blue Burmese who had a particularly good head. The ears were just a little bonneted in my opinion and did detract from an otherwise good look. It may nervousness which led him to pull them down. The eyes were very good if very slightly hooded and overall possessed good shape. The nose break was good and the nose straight. The muzzle was good for length and breadth and overall the head was most typical. The body had a good feel with good muscle tone and the coat lay well to the body in a slightly darker blue. It was short and fine. The legs were of good shape and well muscled and the paws were of good overall shape being nicely spoonshaped. The tail was of good length and tapered well. Prepared well for the show.

BOB MARRIOT-POWER AND MARRIOTT S GR CH RUMBA DUKE S DESCENDANT BUR a M A young man I have met most recently. A rather nice natured young man who is still growing and almost adult. He was comfortable on the show bench. There was a gentle rounding to the top of head and with a good ear set with good width at the base and pleasing forward tilt. The eyes were of good shape would I would have liked them a little larger and I made concession with him being a male in which the jowls were beginning to have an effect. The muzzle was almost well balance having good width though for perfection I would have liked him to be a little shorter. The bite was good and the chin most acceptable for depth. The tail was good for length and it tapered well. The legs had good length and were muscled and the paws were of good and appropriate shape and size. He appeared in better condition than he did last time but then, that is a problem with showing a male. CHOCOLATE BURMESE ADULT MALE ICC MARRIOTT-POWER AND MARRIOT NAUGHTY BUT NICE CHARLESBUR BUR b M A young Chocolate of just over the year and possessing a good overall Burmese head. The head was short and well balanced. The ears were of good shape and were of medium / small size sitting well on the head. The eyes were good for overall shape and sat well on the head though I would have like them to be a little larger overall. The nose break was good and gave way to a straight nose. The bite was good and the chin of pleasing depth. The blunt wedge was particularly pleasing and balanced. The body was firm and well muscled showing good muscle tone. The legs were firm, muscled and ended in neat trim spoon-shaped feet. The tail was good for length and shape. Prepared well for the show. CHOCOLATE BURMESE ADULT FEMALE 1 C C ROBERSHAW S ROSSIKHAN JUST FOR YOU BUR b F A small but so well typed girl and with a lovely head. The top of head had a very nice gentle rounding between ears of such good placement and size being small and with a lovely forward tilt. The nose break was very good and the eyes which were set well apart and this was the characteristic that made her such an attractive Burmese. They were of good size with excellent rounding to the bottom lid and with the most attractive curving to the tear duct of the upper lid. The body which was well muscled and appropriately was covered in a slightly paler Chocolate which exuded warmth. The legs were well balance on the body and muscled and ended in neat trim spoon-shaped feet. Prepared well for the show. 2 BONE S RAWEKE ETHERAL BEAUTRY BURM b F Another small female of good overall type. The top of head was again good with good gentle rounding on top and with ears which were set well on the head. The eyes were particularly good and were a noticeable quality characteristic of this girl. They had good rounding to the bottom lid were of good size and quite typical and the upper lid curved well to produce that much desired look. The body was firm and well muscled and the legs were slim and muscled. The feet were dainty and spoon-shaped. The tail tapered really well and was of good length. Prepared well for the show.

BOB WRIGGLESWORTH 1 GR CH ROSSIKHAN MARIGOLD BUR b F An obvious winner of this bigger class and fully deserving of the BOB. She looked menacing and she had that indignant Burmese mood. A madam in short! She was much happier in the pen and so I had to go in. I did like her size and type. The head was particularly well balanced with good gentle rounding on top and with a lovely ear set which were medium/small. The eyes were most attractive and the nose break was very good and the nose straight. The muzzle showed good balance with good width and depth. The bite was good and the chin of very acceptable depth. The body was firm and well muscled and the legs were of good length, muscle tone and they ended in neat trim paws. The tail was good for length and tapered so well. An impressive winner of this BOB in a good class. LILAC BURMESE ADULT MALE 1 CC AND BOB MARRIOTT-POWER AND MARRIOTT S ROSSIKHAN YAMBU BUR c M A young male lilac of super type and full deserving of the Challenge Certificate and BOB today. Such an impressive coat which was body hugging and of such good quality being short, close lying and so impressive. The head was very good being well balanced and with good gentle rounding on top. The ears were well set on the head with pleasing forward tilt and of good medium/small size. The eyes were of good shape and size and were well set apart. The nose break was excellent, the nose short and straight. The chin was of good depth and the bite good. The body was firm and very well muscled. The legs were of good shape and muscled and the feet were good and spoon-shaped. The tail was of good length and balanced the body and it tapered well. The coat was superb and one of the best I have seen recently being very short, close lying and so body-hugging with a nice sheen. Prepared well for the show. Fully deserving the BOB for these two classes. LILAC BURMESE ADULT FEMALE CC W/H HOAL S LAVISHY POSIE PEACHPOD BUR c F Overall she was very pleasing and this girl did have a good body and there were aspect of the head which were very good. However, she did possess a rather narrow muzzle than I would have liked and therefore felt on this occasion I had to withhold the CC. The ears were well set on the head and they did have good size. The nose break was good and the eyes had good shape and size. The bite was good and muzzle was, if narrow, of good length. The body was of good muscle tone and the legs were muscled and gave good balance to the body. The feet were spoon-shaped as required. The tail was of good length and balance and tapered well. The coat was a pleasing colour of dove-grey and was very pale and almost, in this light, gave it a creamy hue. It so hugged the body well. Prepared well for the show. Sorry to withhold but I did think the narrowness of the muzzle precluded the CC on this occasion. Prepared so well. CONSIDERED FOR BOB KEMPE S GR CH OAKENSHIELD SEASHELLS BUR c F I did like this girl and she did run the BOB close. Of particular strength on this girl was the exquisite coat which was so close lying and short and fine. She did have a good head with good gentle rounding on top

between ears of good shape and setting. The eyes were very good for shape and they had a lovely rounding while the upper lid had a lovely curve to produce that typical look. The nose break was good. The chin was of good depth with very good bite. The body was firm and so well muscled and the the tail was very good for length and balance while the feet were so spoon-shaped. As mentioned the coat was so good and she did give the BOB winner a very close run. Presented well for the show. BROWN TORTOISESHELL BRUMESE ADULT BOB JARVIS S GR CH KIMIAN DAISY BUR f F What a triller this girl was and she did cause amusement and she seemed to enjoy her day out. She had a good top of head with a good gentle rounding on top and with the ears which sat upon the head so well being medium/ small in size and they did not dominate. The eyes had a very good bottom line with a good rounding to the bottom lid and the upper lid was most curved, to the tear duct. The nose break was excellent the nose fell off a little at the tip but did not detract from a really good head. The body was firm and the muscle tone good. The legs were of good balance for length and shape. The tail was good for length and tapered well. Presented well for the show. AOC TORTOISESHELL BURMESE ADULT BOB MARRIOTT-POWER AND MARRIOT S CH RUMBA XQUISITE LADY BUR j F Quite exquisite by name and by looks. A lovely female of smaller but good type. A super balance to the head which was typical of quality Burmese. She did have a good gentle rounding on top and an ear set which was good for shape and width between. A lovely forward tilt. The eyes were very good for shape and setting with good width between. The nose break was good the nose straight and the chin of particular good depth. The body was firm and well muscled as were the legs which gave good balance.the feet were neat and trim and spoonshaped. The tail was good for length and balance and it tapered well. The coat was very good as it was short and close lying and fine. A good cat well prepared for the show. CREAM BURMSE NEUTER MALE 1PC and BOB MANSARAY S KYMIAN STARMAN BUR e MN At Just over 10 months old this boy was of good size and type. It was so pleasing to see a Cream that was not hot and had a wonderful powered look to it. Indeed, rare to see these days. A good head type with good gentle rounding on top with good ears set with good width between. The eyes were of good shape and size. The nose break was good; the nose straight and the chin had pleasing depth. The muzzle was good for length and breadth. The body showed good muscle tone. The legs were muscled but slim and the feet ended in neat trim spoon-shape. The tail was very good for length and it tapered well. An attractive cream youngster who will be interesting to watch. Congratulations. Well prepared for the show. CREAM BURMESE NEUTER FEMALE BOB PR KYMIAN R0MANY ROSE STARMAN BUR e MN I did like this young man who was just adult because he was of both excellent type and of good size. He had a really

good head with excellent gentle rounding on top with good ears well set on the head with good width at the base and lovely forward tilt. The eyes were indeed one his most strong points with excellent rounding to the bottom lid and with a lovely curve to the upper lid they were of excellent size. The nose break was very good with a straight nose, a very good chin of depth with a level bite. The body was firm and well muscled and with a good stance on the bench. The legs were of good length and the tail was good for balance and tapered well. The coat was a lovely clear cream and one of the best I have seen being not hot at all with a beautiful toning with only a minimal ghost tabby markings on the legs. Prepared so well for the show.
