I designed this little guide to assist you in managing your Magickal Folk Subscriptions. Magickal Folk is a living, breathing, evolving community of spiritual women and men. We are holistic mamas, modern goddesses, soul junkies, witchy women, Catholics, Christians, Wiccan, Buddhist, Pagans, nothings, don t care's, Atheists, solitary eclectics and everyone else out there who wishes to experience a magickal journey. We conspire to awaken our goddess within and explore that undeniable connection with the moon and magick. Together, we learn how to tap into Earth and Moon energy and live life in harmony as one. Invoking Goddesses, meditating for harmony and intuition, divining for clarity, affirming our truths, standing firmly, rewilding our souls, seeking and healing are just a few of the things we do together. I create mindful and magickal boxes based on magick, intent, moon phases and the wheel of the year. Themes are voted on in our private invite only private facebook group on a monthly basis.. Once everyone has received their parcels, we then spend several weeks exploring, experiencing, sharing, learning, and essentially awakening in our own ways. I continue, as curator, to give daily s and blog posts with relevant articles, meditations, magick, empowering words, passages, links and other things relating to the theme. The Cosmic Order is a Magazine created especially for the spiritual empowerment of the beautiful people of Magickal Folk. It is completely operated under a Karmic circle of giving between the subscribers and Magickal Folk. Magickal Folk has 2 subscription box sites. The Cratejoy affiliated site and the shopify/cosmic Order affiliated site Ive created this FAQ flyer to answer the most common questions that may come up with any of the Magickal Folk sites! 2 F.A.Q MAGICKAL FOLK Issue # 2 BOX FAQ for These are the most common customer service questions I can think of in no particular order: How can I edit my subscription? By logging into with your registered you can edit your current subscription. Once your in your account you can: Postpone billing by 30 days Cancel your subscription Update your delivery address Update your credit card View your latest USPS tracking information When do the boxes ship? The 5$ & 10$ crystal boxes ship the 1st week of each month The bigger boxes ship the 3rd week, but most likely the 15th of each month International boxes shipped the 15 th PLEASE GIVE 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO RESPOND help@magickalfolk.com FACEBOOK MESSENGER My box was damaged, what do I do? Take pictures, me, file a report with your local post office. I will help. My box was sent to the wrong address! Help! Hopefully you caught this in time and we can ask your local postman to hold your box. You will need ID I accidently ordered twice, can I get a refund? Yes, if you notify me straight away, I can issue a refund no problem! Please do not wait longer than 5 days to notify me of the error I preordered a box, Will I be double billed before the first box? My account says I will be rebilled on the 1 st. You will not be double billed, If you placed a pre-order because the boxes were sold out your account will be manually updated by us before the 1 st to ensure you are not double billed Were on it! On a side note, please check your account after you have placed your order and check to see that everything is in order. Please double check your address and subscription!

3 F.A.Q MAGICKAL FOLK BOX FAQ for This site works a bit differently, it was built and exists to support the writers and magickal juju of the Cosmic Order. The writers write, the readers read, and the whole thing is a karmic circle of giving. The Cosmic Order is an online magazine that focuses on spiritual empowerment and alignment through the use of magick. It is an extended well of magickal inspiration and guidance for the folks who subscribe to Magickal Folk. When you shop 12% of your purchase go to the writers! The Cosmic Order will soon go to print and will also carry a full inventory of ritual & spell components. For now, the site offers subscription boxes with the delivery fees included to USA and international delivery for an added fee. Add on themed boxes will be available beginning 10/29/2016. What about subscription box FAQ for this site? The same thing applies to both sites. The boxes are the same. The ship dates are the same. The prices are the same. The only difference is the digital space in which they are managed and who gets the proceeds, the Cosmic Order Writers or Cratejoy! How do I manage my (shopify) subscription? When you signed up for your subscription, an was sent out shortly after that invited you to set up your box management portal. If that went to spam, you can find it again by going to and edit subscription. Same guidelines for both sites! I want to write or collaborate with the Cosmic Order. How can I give my magickal juju? Fantastic I love you of course! Please fill out the Collaborate! Page at the bottom of and we will get something figured out! The Cosmic Order will feature the writing and/or original art works that is aligned with the intent and energy of the Cosmic Order.

This is a micro box of magick designed to keep you aligned throughout the month and connected to the Anam Cara. Stones/Crystals are chosen based on the wheel and astrological energies. About the Crystal Boxes by Candice Ruck Crystals & Oils Box $10 box of stones or crystals and corresponding magickal spirit oil. His box is also curated to compliment the meditation crystal box as well as the wheel and astrological energies and comes with a grimoire card. ABOUT CRYSTAL MEDITATION Why Crystals & Stones for meditation? For relaxation. Meditation will alter your mind state. This is a physical fact. You can actually slow down your brain wave pattern and move from the active beta state to the alpha state. This will relax both your body and your mind. For creative visualization. In the alpha mode, you can talk with yourself and creatively visualize something you seek. It could be a new relationship, a happier state of mind, improved health, or whatever you desire. You can then see yourself accomplishing your goal. Such affirmations are powerful programmers of the human mind. Contacting your higher self. Now this might seem a bit unbelievable, but in meditation it is just you. With your brain in an alpha state all thoughts, ideas, and inputs are coming from deep within your mind, and you are conscious at the time. This will be sporadic, but meaningful. It does become a bit addictive. Everyone wonders who they really are. We catch glimpses in our deepest thoughts and in our dreams. Allowing out flowing. Most people that are truly happy realize that they have what they need within them, that it is essentially boundless, and that they derive satisfaction from sharing it. Mediation allows for focusing on what is within. Self Healing. We all know many afflictions are self induced. We can think ourselves sick, and we can often think ourselves well. Meditation is a direct link to your inner self. Affirmations of wellness during meditation are effective mind control and body control tools for health. Opening Energy Centers. Meditation will aid you in finding the sources of energy you have within you. Grounding. Meditation will connect with the planet, and assure you are seeing things as they truly exist. Connecting with Angels and Spirit Guides. Prayer is often a form of meditation. The meditative state makes your mind more open to communication with spirits.

5 F.A.Q MAGICKAL FOLK Issue # 5 Beginners Box The first box you will receive is the standard issue magickal box of goodies. In that box you will receive an amethyst pendulum, smudge kit, herbs, resins, bath salts, 2 candles, a corked vial, several stones and a grimoire card to get your started. Once you renew your subscription, you will begin to receive the themed boxes that are voted in by subscribers each month. Can I get a themed box for my first box? Really it depends on the time of month in which you order. I will do my best to get a themed box to you for your first box if there are extra boxes available. Themed boxes will be made available to purchase as an add on in both subscription sites up until the 1st of each month. After that, ordering is closed! Magickal Moon Goddess The Magickal Moon Goddess includes the Witchy Woman Box, Moon Goddess box, Meditation Crystal Box and Crystal & Oil Box. If you live in the USA, your box will come in two shipments. Your first shipment will come the 1 st week of the month and your second will come in the 3 rd week of the month. If you are ordering for the first time you may receive all 4 boxes in the same shipment depending on the day that you ordered. International orders will be grouped into 1 shipment and shipped out on the 15 th of each month via USPS First Class International. Please contact me if you would like a quote on another ship method. The Witchy Woman box themes are voted upon each month by subscribers The Moon Goddess box theme usually surrounds moon energies and magick that correspond with the wheel and astrological data.
