Across the nation, millions of kittens are being born and are waiting for loving homes. My name is Elmer and I m one such kitten. I was once sitting at Brunswick County Animal Control, but Adopt-An-ANGEL found me and took me in. Did you know they have over ONE HUNDRED kittens in their foster care program right now? Kittens just as precious as me, in all colors, sizes and shapes. I m just 10-weeks-old and simply adorable. 11 Please call to adopt us! Adopt-An-ANGEL My name is Liesel. I am a very nice retired mother cat. I am also last year's kitten who was adopted on Craig's List as a free kitten. My owner didn't get me spayed and when I grew older and lost my kitten cuteness, she put me outside. I got pregnant and had a litter of kittens of my own. When that happened, she rounded us all up and took us to the animal shelter. That was a few months ago and luckily, Adopt-An-ANGEL had a foster home open and took me in. My foster mom raised my kittens, got them all fixed and found them homes. Now, I am fixed too, but I am still looking for my family. I spend week after week at adoption fairs and no one even gives me a second glance. They scoop up all the kittens and I m left behind to wish them well. I pray they found better homes than I did. It's hard to be just 1-year-old and considered too old. But, I don't let this get me down. I know that somewhere, someday, someone will be my hero. 14 Hello friends. I am Bear, a handsome, loving, happy and gentle-spirited boy. I am a 60 pound Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Siberian Husky mix. My foster mom ran a DNA test on my sister. I was born 10/10/16. I am vaccinated, neutered, on heartworm prevention, and a big lover of treats. I have a lot of playful energy. I have been living in my foster home since 2/17, with three of my litter mates. I was shy and timid at first, but I have become very healthy and have more confidence now.
