4 PFS AWARDS The PFS of NSW Inc. Will provide suitable awards, similar to those awarded last year for the Best Bird in each breed, providing there are eight (8) or more exhibits in such breed irrespective of whether there are one or more exhibitors All breed champions will receive a Best in Breed card. Prize cards will be awarded to the first three places in each allocated classes. Donated Awards The club invites members and specialist club s to donate awards for any breed at this show. This can be confirmed by writing to the show Secretary, and you can the award to the show. Please phone or the show secretary if you have any questions. All exhibits in the fancy and utility classes must be rung with one seamless metal ring of the year 2010, the correct size or smaller size will be accepted. 2. All PFS of NSW Inc. memberships must be approved at a PFS of NSW Inc meeting. 3. Non PFS of NSW Inc. members living within an 80 kilometre radios, entry fee will be $10.00 per entry. 4. All exhibits must be the bona fide property of the exhibitor. 5. Exhibitors and spectators must keep well clear while judging is in progress. All will be allowed reasonable access to observe judging. Any person not complying with a judge or stewards direction during judging will be requested to leave pavilion till after judging is complete. 6. At no time after birds are penned can they be handled without permission. Approval will be granted by the Show Secretary. 7. The PFS of NSW Inc. will not be responsible for any loss or injury sustained to any exhibit, though every care will be taken. 8. Any exhibit deemed sick or carrying vermin of any description maybe removed from the immediate vicinity of the show. 9. In all circumstances, the judging decision will be final, with no provision for appeal or disputes. Judges may withhold placing's, awards, trophies or sashes, including donated awards at the discretion. All entry fees will be forfeited in respect to any exhibit disqualified from competition. 10. Excessive trimming etc, may lead to disqualification by the breed judge. 11. The Show Secretary reserves the right to refuse or cancel any entry/entries. 12. The Show Secretary reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of any entry/entries that is deemed to be a risk to the smooth running of the show. 13. Juniors should use class numbers provided in the schedule, but please indicate the letter J before the class number. 14. All junior entries entered in an open classes do not qualify for junior awards 15. The Show Secretary will have the discretionary power to combine colour classes where there are less than three (3) entries. 16. Perpetual and Memorial Awards only current financial members are eligible for these awards. 17. NO ALCOHOL is to be consumed in the pavilion. 18. NO SMOKING in pavilion. SALE BIRDS CONDITIONS The only SALE BIRDS that can be offered from the show pavilion are exhibits that have been entered in the 2011 PFS 38th Young Bird show. It is preferable that this is noted on the ENTRY FORM and for sale signs will be supplied by the PFS after judging. ALL sold birds are to stay in their pen until after the conclusion of the show.
