7 . SHIPPING TERMS Freight prepaid on NET orders over $2,000 US. All orders under $2,000 will be shipped freight prepaid & charge unless specified otherwise. Minimum NET order $75. BACKORDERS Please note: Due to rising freight costs, we will cancel ALL backorders minimum NET $50 and under. Customers will be notified by fax and may reorder. WARRANTY All Cello products are guaranteed against defects resulting from faulty workmanship or materials which affect their usefulness and such products will be replaced free of charge. The company will not be responsible for labour charges or other expenses created by the replacement of the defective product or damage resulting from its use. Warranty obligations apply only when goods are used for the purpose and under the conditions for which they were intended. Cello fittings listed here are for use with soft solder piping systems. Cast fittings to be used in silver brazing systems require special silver brazing cups - please inquire when silver brazing is to be used.
