From the south leave the M6 at junction 23, go onto the A580 Liverpool sign, follow A580 for 1 mile to the first set of traffic lights, turn right onto the A58, follow A58 to first set of lights, turn left, venue 3 /4 of a mile on the right. We have 12 special youngsters from Bart & Luc Geerinckx including one direct from the top cock Gladiator and one from the National winner Luc. We also have 10 young birds from Antoine & Rudi de Saer plus two yearlings, all bred from the best they have. We have another 14 from the super Dutch loft of Pieter Veenstra. The quality on offer is very high and each vendor has hand picked the youngsters for this super auction. They are all 2014 youngsters except for two and all from their best breeders. We cannot find any better for the UK public and once again there are no reserves; every pigeon will be sold in the sales hall at prices set by the UK fanciers. There is no internet bidding on any of our offline sales.

2 The first 12 are from Antoine & Rudi de Saer (Ruiselede, BE) Rudi won two Provincial 1st prizes in a row from Issoudun old birds and La Souterraine old birds in In 2014 he did it again, winning 1st National Cahors. Rudi did what everybody expected him to do: he claimed the National 1st prize from Cahors. This was quite an achievement by Rudi, something we do not see very often as many fanciers rarely meet the heights expected of them by other fanciers. Rudi de Saer. It all started on 17th May with 1st, 2nd and 3rd Provincial from Tours against 6,400 pigeons in excellent weather conditions and a slight headwind. These conditions allowed the de Saer pigeons to show their true class and their undoubted intelligence and strength. All eyes were now on the pigeons of Rudi for the first National long-distance race of 2014 from Limoges, with Rudi now being the man to beat. His pigeons achieved an impressive overall result, winning 1st Provincial Limoges against 3,434 old birds and 10 pigeons in the Provincial top 100 as well as 2nd and 6th National prizes. In addition, his team of yearlings claimed the win at Provincial level from Bourges against 3,324 pigeons. Just two weeks after their successful race from Limoges, Rudi basketed 22 long-distance champions for Cahors, which had similar excellent racing conditions to the previous two races, with a strong headwind, making for a tough day. He had an impressive National win with his supercrack, New Tours, which was the first pigeon to arrive from Cahors at 18: , completing km with a velocity of m/min. Rudi added another National victory to his list of achievements. This victory illustrates that without doubt he has one of the strongest long-distance lofts in Belgium, home to some of the country s best pigeons over 500 to 800km. The Provincial and National victories achieved by the Rudi de Saer pigeons illustrate the impressive quality housed in Rudi s loft. This top-class pigeon family is based on the excellent bloodline of Vandenabeele, with which Antoine & Rudi de Saer have won several National and Provincial victories and ace pigeon titles, as well as top prizes in National Championships. They are among the greatest champions in pigeon racing in Belgium, with two National 1st prizes in one season and another 1st National the following season underlining the strength of the team. This is a level of performance which only a few fanciers have ever achieved. Rudi has sent us 12 top-class pigeons bred from his very best.
